02What this website is for

This website describes our postcard activation service and lets you book an introductory call. It is an information and enquiry tool. It is not a shop, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance.

03Enquiries and booked calls

Two points matter here, and they are stated plainly because they protect both of us:

• Booking a call does not create a service agreement. It reserves a conversation and nothing more.
• Selecting a slot on our calendar does not reserve an event date. Event dates are only held once a written proposal or statement of work has been signed by both parties.

Until that document is signed, we are talking, not contracting.

04Availability

Our capacity is limited and seasonal. Availability shown on this website reflects our expectations at the time of publishing and may change. We do not guarantee that any particular date, city or format will be available to you.

07Intellectual property

The text, photography, artwork, postcard designs and layout on this website belong to You Have Friends unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

Where a client commissions original artwork as part of an activation, ownership and usage rights for that artwork are set out in the signed proposal, not here.

08Photography at activations

We may photograph our own setups, materials and the general atmosphere of an activation for our portfolio and marketing. Where identifiable guests appear, we ask the host to confirm what permissions are in place. Any restriction on this can be agreed in writing in the statement of work.

09Your conduct

You agree not to use this website to attempt unauthorised access, to interfere with its operation, to submit false information, or to do anything unlawful.

10Third-party services

This website relies on third-party services, including GoHighLevel for hosting and booking. Their availability is outside our control, and we are not responsible for interruptions caused by them.

11Disclaimer

This website is provided as is. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, You Have Friends is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this website, including lost profits or lost opportunities.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify You Have Friends against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of this website or your breach of these terms.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this website or these terms will be brought in the courts of that state.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use of the website means you accept the version in force.
